What is the pet policy?
Maximum of 3 pets per apartment home. Pets are subject to a one-time fee and monthly pet rent. The following is a list of all restricted dog breeds; the list applies to both purebred and mixed breeds:
Rottweiler, Pit Bull, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog/Bull Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd, Doberman, Malamute, Akita, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Cane Corso, Presa Canario, Wolf dog hybrid, Mastiff (Bull, Neapolitan, Toso Inu), Husky, Scottish Deerhound, Irish Wolfhound, Komondor, Borzoi, Dalmatian.
 
What are the assigned schools?
The assigned schools for our community are: Jupiter Elementary School, Jupiter Middle School, and Jupiter High School.

What is the parking policy?
Our community has open parking for 2 vehicles per apartment home on a first come, first serve basis. 

Can visitors park overnight?
Yes, visitors are welcome to park overnight at our community.

Are utilities included in the price of rent?
No, utilities are not included.

Are short-term rentals available?
Our community offers lease terms beginning at 7 months.
